THE UCHI STORE WAS BORN OUT OF
a need to find niche, nontoxic, scent-forward home fragrance products in India.
Our founder, Anuri, is always looking for out-of-the-box fragrance and decor pieces to add to her home.
After she decided to leave a career in pharmaceutical research, Anuri spent a year learning candle-making and the art of fragrance. This, coupled with her knowledge of formulations, has culminated in carefully curated home fragrances that invoke and resonate with different feelings.
At The Uchi Store, we strive to unlock a new level of innovation, design, and elegance to the indigenous home fragrance industry. Bypassing run-of-the-mill production, we leverage the craftsmanship, natural fragrance, and vibrancy that is rife in our country.
Within a fast-moving landscape and greater demand for affordable luxury, we aspire to bring deliberation and beauty into every ‘Uchi’.

Each Uchi product is formulated in-house, handmade in small batches, and made using the finest quality local and natural ingredients.

REPURPOSE YOUR UCHI JARS
While there is no limit on ways to reuse the Uchi candle vessels, we recommend using them as jars or the lid and body as two separate products.
The jars can be used to store jewelry, kitchen staples, coffee pods, keys, vanity products and much more. The lid can be used as a coaster or paper weight, with the body as a mug, vase, or planter.
