Order Cancellation:

If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellation after Shipment:

RETURNS
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate the return process, please email us at info@theuchistore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on returning the item or, in some cases, issue a replacement.
Change of Mind:
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned items in their original condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost (excluding shipping charges).
